The genesis of the company lies in the euphoric 90's. After an unsustainable boom during early 90s, the property prices nose-dived in the mid 90s. the initial boom period made real estate a very lucrative sector and many builders entered the fray. Around that time Ekta Shelters made an entry into the real estate market.
That started a journey which has resulted in an organization which believes in giving the customer the ultimate satisfaction in an investment which they would cherish for their whole life.

ISO (The International Organisation of Standardisation) is a worldwide federation of national bodies that work towards preparing International Standards, which are carried out through the ISO technical committees. The ISO 9000 series of standards, for Quality Management Systems were first issued in 1987. These derivatives specify that standards be periodically revised to ensure that those standards are current and satisfy the needs of the global community. The newly revised ISO 9001:2000 applies a single standard to all organisations. The ISO 9001:200 standard encourages the organisation to adopt a process approach to quality management, continual improvement and customer satisfaction.
To remain competitive in an increasingly complex environment, construction companies have opted to implement quality schemes based on the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) and the ISO 9000 series of standards.
